Katey O’Neil
Choreographer, Teacher
Katey O’Neil has been a dancer since the age of three and still continues to teach and choreograph.
She recently graduated from Dean College with a BA in dance and exercise science. At college she was the Vice President of the Loose Screws Tap Team and performed in various dance shows. She choreographed for 6 showcases and this is where her passion for choreography began.
Katey grew up dancing at PSPA and trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, and lyrical. In 2015, 2016, and 2018, Katey was given the opportunity to compete at the IDO World Tap Dance Championships in Germany as a part of the American Tap Company. She not only got to see performances by tap dancers around the world, she was able to attend classes from these recognizable choreographers. Aside from the experiences in Germany, Katey has trained and performed in different places around New England and Washington DC.
