Hannah Teceno | Pembroke School of Performing Arts

Hannah Teceno
Choreographer, Instructor

Hannah (she/her) has been a dance educator and choreographer for 4 years now.

She attended college with a focus in Theatre Education and graduated in 2018 from Massasoit with an AA in Theatre Arts. Through her experience in school and thereafter, Hannah has performed some of the most iconic musical theater choreography on stage with her colleagues and is an active member in various South Shore Community Theaters, including her home theater, Massasoit Theatre Company. Her fondest memories of being on stage are credits such as: National Choral Award recipient for Excellence in Vocal Performance 2015, Running Crew for Laramie Project 2018, Roxie Hart in Chicago 2019 (DASH Nominee for Best Lead Female Actress), Silly Girl in Beauty and the Beast 2020 (DASH Nominee for Best Special Ensemble), Sr. Mary Leo in Nunsense 2022, Dance Ensemble in White Christmas 2023

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hannah attended classes with her colleagues as a co-teaching collaboration, where they challenged each other to grow and learn from each other- at a distance. This experience really kickstarted her full time dance career. Hannah is now a teacher at Pembroke School of Performing Arts where she is teaching various levels of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop. She would like to thank the Kelbles for this opportunity! Hannah is also a part-owner at Dance Legacy Arts in Abington. She is very grateful to her husband David, her village, and her friends and family for supporting her through these years of rapid growth, experience, and challenges.

When she is not teaching, or in rehearsal, you can often find her outside of class with her busy one year old or walking her dog, Bagel!
